My passion is helping people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, healing, and self-compassion.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, an Advanced ISST Certified Schema Therapist Supervisor & Trainer, and an Advanced Level Certified Schema Therapist in Group Schema Therapy — with years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find their way through some of life's most difficult moments.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, including behavioral health services and private practice. I have supported adolescents, university students, at-risk youth, older adults, and individuals from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. These experiences have deepened my belief that healing, growth, and meaningful change are possible at every stage of life.
To me, therapy is more than treatment — it is a collaborative and compassionate partnership. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to help you untangle the emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck, whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, ADHD-related challenges, low self-esteem, or long-standing emotional concerns.
Together, we will explore the deeper patterns within your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships — so that you can develop healthier coping skills, stronger emotional resilience, and a more balanced and fulfilling life. I believe that even small steps toward healing can lead to powerful and lasting transformation.
It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater self-awareness, healing, confidence, and emotional well-being.
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, making support accessible wherever you are.
